Tucked away on the south-west coast of Bali, hidden from the hustle and bustle of Legian and Seminyak the small fishing village of Seseh has managed to retain the cultural spirit of Bali. From the winding road that leads you through picturesque rice paddies to the serene beauty of the village temple and smiling faces of the residents of Seseh, one feels connected with the true Bali.

Set amidst a landscape of mature coconut palms, mango trees and lush gardens lies Seseh Serasi, a deluxe 3-bedroom bali villa designed by Glenn Parker, one of Bali’s leading architects.The property consists of 3 individual Balinese pavilions built around an open courtyard called the ’natar’. Local materials of alang-alang grass roof, palimanan stone and timber floors, Balinese carved columns and doors were chosen to create a traditional feel throughout the villa. 

The orientation of the pavilions face west to enjoy the last remaining rays of the sunset as it filters down through the existing coconut palms. The swimming pool incorporates green stone tiles creating a connection to the surrounding lush landscape. The villa offers a clean, modern style within the traditional Balinese architecture. Cool, light furniture, finishes and fabrics have been chosen to compliment the simplicity of the alang-alang pavilions. 

White cotton mosquito nets and luxuriously soft pillows create a feeling of romance to the three air-conditioned bedrooms. Charming in-house staff will ensure your stay at Seseh Serasi is truly memorable. Delicious gourmet food can be prepared by our trained and talented in-house cook.

THE VILLA

Set amidst the dense tropical forest typical of Bali, the villa is a private retreat, surrounded by designer landscaped gardens with established shady trees. A 7m² swimming pool, a peaceful water fountain feature, pool terrace with sun lounges and a relaxing poolside day bed bale completes the outdoor areas. 

Seseh Serasi is a deluxe three bedroom villa, with an open air dining room, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas designed in a contemporary style with traditional Balinese architecture. Three individual, luxurious pavilions are set around a green stone pool and a landscaped tropical garden.

Pavilion 1 
Lower Level: air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, large outdoor bathroom with bath and shower. Fan-cooled main living area with built-in day-bed and lounge. Lockable storage area containing CD player and villa mobile phone. 

Upper Level: loft area located above the bedroom offers a quiet retreat with large built-in day-bed and couch. TV and VCD located here. Over-head fan.

Pavilion 2
Dining area (seating 10), fully equipped kitchen, laundry.

Pavilion 3
Two bedrooms, air-conditioned and ceiling fans with shared bathroom (private shower and WC).

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation comprises three separate bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with two oversized single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and overhead fans.

Bedroom One located in Pavilion One offers a queen size bed and large outdoor bathroom with bath and shower.

Bedroom Two in Pavilion Three offers a queen size bed and Bedroom Three offers two oversized single beds. These bedrooms are joined by a connecting bathroom with double vanity and shower.

Friendly staff take care of all cooking, cleaning, gardening and maintenance,  ensuring your stay at Seseh Serasi is a truly memorable one. A sumptuous American breakfast, compliments of the villa, is served daily.  Delicious meals for lunch and dinner can also be prepared by our talented cook, (skilled in both Indonesian and Western cuisine) who has been trained by co-owner Kirsty Cassidy, renowned Food Editor of Elle Australia.

Villa Seseh Serasi is suitable for all, whether you are a couple, a family with children or a group of six adults. Rates are also available on a “per room” basis, allowing guests to book the villa as a one-bedroom, two-bedroom or three-bedroom, (whilst still enjoying exclusivity of the villa). The villa is equipped with a baby cot, high chair and pool fence for the children. Internet access is also available.
