Nestled in rice fields and palm groves and with an absolute beachfront position, Villa Mandala provides the perfect location for privacy, seclusion and entertainment - a real life style choice!

Designed by renown Balinese Architect, Po Po Danes, Villa Mandala is built in traditional Balinese style, and an open tropical and free flowing layout that allows great enjoyment of a large terraced garden, beachfront, salt-water swimming pool, 2 water fountains, a massage "bale" and an open "cathedral" style living and dining room.

Villa Mandala is 2,500 M 2 and accommodates 6 guests in three bedrooms, each one with wonderful ocean and pool views, and private bathroom & shower facilities. Each one is decorated with Balinese and Asian antiques.

The villa decoration is built around Balinese and Javanese antiques plus modern Asian touches to enhance the magnificent views and provide an upscale and relaxing experience.

Villa Mandala has an oceanfront location with uninterrupted views of Kuta and Uluwatu Bays and it is located in the scenic village of Seseh, a short distance from key Bali attractions such as: Seminyak, with its great restaurants and design shops (20 minutes), Ubud, the center of cultural life in Bali (45 minutes), Nirwana Golf Course (10 minutes), Tanah Lot Temple (5 minutes) and Balis Denpasar International Airport (40 minutes).

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS

Master Bungalow / Master Bedroom
Ocean, pool, garden views. Super King Warisan bed, wooden Mahogany floors, En-suite marble bathroom with very large Terrazzo bathtub and separate open-air shower, sitting area with couch, coffee table and oversized chair, very large walk-in closet.

Air Conditioning, TV, 30 channel Satellite, DVD, Stereo and Safety Deposit Box.

Decorated in Yellow and Red Asian Modern decor.
Adjacent "Day" room includes "Turkish" style bed with pillows, TV/DVD player and access to back garden.

The Master Bungalow has also a large veranda surrounding the structure and facing the gardens, pool and ocean.

Second Bungalow/Guest Bedroom #1
Ocean, pool and garden views. Queen size bed, writing desk, wooden Mahogany floors and en-suite terrazzo bathroom with open-air shower. Air Conditioning and veranda with sitting arrangement. Decorated in Dark Brown, Blue and White Asian modern decor.

Guest Bedroom #2
Ocean, pool and garden views. Queen Size Bed, wooden Mahogany floor, marble bathroom with open-air shower, wooden chest, writing desk and Air Conditioning. Decorated in Yellow and White.

Dining and Living Room
Full Ocean, pool, garden and water fountain views. Open-air large room with "Cathedral" style roof in Alang-Alang, 16 meter high, which includes the living and dining rooms. The Living Room features large antique hexagonal couch perfect for lounging with perfect views. The Dining Room seat 8 in a hand-carved Warisan table and faces the garden, pool and Ocean.

Beach
Seseh Beach is in front of the property. There is immediate access to the beach in 1 minute walk.

Pool
Salt water swimming pool in oval shape. 12 X 7 meters

Garden
Beautiful tropical terraced garden with Frangipani and Palm trees includes two waterfalls with "Koi" fish. Garden has outdoor dining area that seats 8 for candlelight dinners with ocean and water fountain sounds as background.

Kitchen
Villa Mandala has wonderful Balinese chef at the disposal of guests. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner plus snacks available at Villa. Kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, Microwave, toaster and full bar utensils.

STAFF & SERVICES

There are many wonderful reasons to visit Bali and one of the most prominent ones is to enjoy the traditional Balinese hospitality. The Balinese are famous for their warm behaviour and for hospitality that truly comes from the heart.

At Villa Mandala, we have blended the "heartfelt" hospitality of the Balinese with outstanding, disciplined service comparable to a 5 Star hotel.

Villa Mandala has a staff of 7 permanent employees including Guest Relations Manager, Chef, gardener, maids, security guards and driver.

All foods and beverages are at cost, plus 15% shopping and handling fee.

VILLA MANDALA is staffed with one full-time cook. The cook is well trained for both Indonesian and International cuisine.  

Breakfast, Lunch  and / or dinner can be organized in house by the chef and  Guests can choose the meals they expect to be served from VILLA MANDALA menu . Should the guests require more formal or extended menus, the Chef will be happy to accommodate and available for further planning in this respect. All foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner are at cost plus 15% for shopping and handling fee. 

Should the guests decided to have lunch or dinner in house, the guest is required to inform the chef one day before or at latest in the morning.  Last minute orders cannot always be accommodated.

PRE-ARRIVAL FOOD ORDER FOR THE FIRST 24H MEALS

As VILLA MANDALA does not operate a restaurant, there is no food and beverage stocked in the villa before the arrival of guests. In order to organize for the first 24h meals to be served to the guests upon arrival,  the guest can send the list of foods and beverage  they expect to be stocked in the villa when arriving at VILLA MANDALA. Once guests send this list to VILLA MANDALA, at latest 24hr prior to arrival, the chef will do groceries and hand the bill to the guest upon arrival.
