Location
Emerald Sunset Villa is located in Canggu 300 meters from the beach on Nelayan Street. Nelayan means fishermen village and a typical Balinese fisherman village is close by and every morning it will be proposed to your cook fresh lobster, king size prawns, garupa… according to the catch of the day. Villa Emerald Sunset is surrounded with rice field, tropical trees as well and other high luxury villas which make this district still very Balinese but at the same time one of the most luxurious of Bali.
Villa Emerald Sunset is situated 35 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Seminyak the famous shopping and entertainment area, and 15 minutes from Nirwana one of the best Golf course in Asia

Villa Style
The 4 bedrooms villa of 620 m2 is composed of 3 different 2 storey buildings linked on the second floor by a large terrace from where guests can admire a magnificent sea view especially for the sunset. The large manicured garden features an amazing 100 m2 lava stone swimming pool surrounding the buildings dedicated to the bedrooms. The villa has been designed by the very reputable Yoka Sara who has expressed a very modern architecture especially for the living area but has kept the Balinese touch with traditional material such as wood roof, and amazing old iron wood columns supporting the roof and for some of them plunging in the pool. The furniture and equipment are providing an international high level of comfort and includes 2 satellites communication, wireless internet high speed connection, Bose sound system, LCD flat screen television… 
 
Entrance
From the main gate surrounded by an external tropical garden, a large path slope down to the round about where 4 covered car parks are surrounding the main entrance of the villa. On the right side, a hill planted with tropical trees and the temple are providing a high privacy. On the left a large pound decorated with lotus and bamboo gives the feeling of the best of Bali and announces Sunset villa style.
The gate of Sunset villa opened on the manicured lawn tropical garden, a pound decorated with high flower sculptured vas and the path to the very modern living and TV room.

The Garden
The 800 m2 garden is manicured with lawn and decorated with tropical trees, plants and flowers.
Just beside the pool, 3 single wood long chairs and 1 double wood long chair, all equipped with comfortable mattress and protected by 2 large umbrellas are positioned on the lawn.

The Pool
The 100 m2 overflow lava stone pool is around 20 meters long. Its shape is enlarging at the front and display emerald water or dark blue colour varying in connection with the sky and the period of the day.

Second Floor Terrace
The 40 m2 2nd floor Terrace is perfect to admire the ocean and to have a drink during the sunset. From this pebble wash terrace, guests can have access to the 3 bedrooms situated upstairs with sea view.

Living & TV Rooom
The 90 m2 living room can be closed and air-conditioned with numerous swing glass windows or to be opened on 3 sides to the lotus pond, the manicured garden, the dinning area and the swimming pool. The 12 meters high ceiling gives a great impression of space and gives the vision of the big tropical trees surrounding the property.
Sofas, armchairs, coffee table, decoration statues and paintings are furnishing and decorating this large area. At the back of the building a discreet guest bathroom is featuring toilet and basin. A large well designed stair case with wood step is leading to the 40 m2 mezzanine TV room overlooking the living room and featuring comfortable sofas and armchairs a large flat TV screen, a Bose sound system, a DVD player.
The TV room is opening a large terrace 2nd floor.

Dining Area
The open space terrazzo dinning area is equipped with 2 air fan, a large 12 seats wood table.  Situated close to the swimming pool, the dinning area is overlooking the manicured garden.
Just behind a fully equipped 25 m2 pantry can be close with 2 large coconut sliding doors. 

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom)
The 80 m2 master bedroom is surrounded on the east and north part by a private garden.
The ducting air-conditioned bedroom with Merbau floor and glass wall with silk curtain on 2 sides is featuring a king size bed with mosquito net, 2 large and comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player.
At the back, a close and large study room equipped with desk and chair can be transformed on a junior bedroom.
The walking dressing is featuring a large wardrobe.
The terrazzo floor bathroom is featuring indoor a separate toilet, a shower and two basins. Outdoor, in a garden surrounded by timber screen for the privacy is featuring a large terrazzo bath tub surrounded by tropical plants and flowers.

Bedroom 2
The 45 m2 bedroom 2 is situated on the west part facing the ocean. A large and 5 meters long wood balcony overlooking the swimming pool is providing a special and unforgettable space for the guests. The air-conditioned bedroom with Merbau floor and glass wall with silk curtain on 3 sides is featuring a king size bed with mosquito net, a large and comfortable armchair, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player. The walking dressing is featuring large wardrobe, cabinet and a make up table.

Bedroom 3
Besides the bedroom 2 the 35 m2 bedroom 3 is overlooking the ocean on the bukit side.
