The exclusive vicinity of the villa is accessible though a white palimanan staircase adjacent to the parking area. This level is featuring the two storey building overlooking to the garden, the rectangular infinity swimming pool and the fascinating sea view.

Entering the villa, the living area is on the ground floor including the living, dinning and fully equipped kitchen. On the right side is a bedroom with direct access to the garden and featuring en-suited bathroom with shower.
