About Casa Brio 

The contemporary-styled Casa Brio is a luxurious private Bali rental villa presenting four bedrooms, a multi-purpose home theatre that doubles as a fifth bedroom, an open-concept living and dining pavilion, a magnificent 21-metre swimming pool, a rooftop barbeque terrace, and a poolside ‘bale’ relaxation gazebo. This is complemented by wide open sky views and flat lawns punctuated with coconut palms and flowering trees. This alluring villa is cool in every sense of the word. Resting upon an expansive 1000 square metres of land in a quiet residential road next to Sentosa Villas & Spa, its elegant living and dining areas, terraces and gardens provide the ideal setting for receptions, parties and events.

Casa Brio was designed and furnished by one of Bali’s foremost up and coming architects. The villa fuses cutting-edge contemporary design with established Balinese craftsmanship utilising local materials such as ironwood shingles, creamy-white palimanan stone, honey-hued teakwood, and marble, surrounded by a beautifully-manicured garden.

Casa Brio’s four bedrooms, each come with a luxurious ensuite bathroom with separate monsoon showers, soaking tubs, and washbasins hewn from river rock. Casa Brio represents the ultimate in comfort living, perfect for groups of friends or extended families.

A car with the services of a driver is provided inclusive of charge, and guests will have use of the first-class sporting and recreational facilities of the Canggu Club for the duration of their stay.

Bedrooms

Casa Brio’s four air-conditioned similarly sized bedrooms are functionally designed with different bedding/bathroom configurations:

Bedroom  1
King size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, semi-outdoor bathroom with round terrazo tub set in a private corner of the garden.

Bedroom 2
Two twin beds (which can be set up as one king) large walk-in wardrobe, semi outdoor bathroom

Bedroom 3
King size bed, indoor bathroom with garden views, large terrace overlooking pool and Balinese temple

Bedroom 4
2 twin beds (can be set up as one king), indoor bathroom  with garden view

Additionally Casa Brio’s TV room has a large sofa, which can be converted into a double bed, and an attached shower room. Using the TV room for sleeping accommodation, Casa Brio can sleep up to ten guests.

Living & Dining Pavilion
A splendid, open-concept living and dining pavilion, characterised by a marble floor under a soaring timber roof, rests beside the pool deck and runs the full length of the swimming pool. Blessed with natural breezes, this graceful room presents open, tropical, Balinese living at its very best.

The spacious living area is furnished with deeply cushioned rattan sofas and designer armchairs, while the elegant dining area can seat up to ten guests around an original dining table carved out of a single piece of Suar wood.

A serviced bar counter surrounded by antique Balinese wood carvings is manned by smart staff trained to concoct your favourite cocktail.

Kitchen
The fully-equipped modern kitchen is conveniently situated adjacent to the dining area.

Outdoor Dining/Barbeque area
A breezy rooftop deck with an open-air dining area equipped with barbeque facilities make it a charming space for ten persons to dine  with views of the swimming pool and Balinese temple in the background.

Bale
A large ‘bale’ relaxation pavilion presides over Casa Brio’s stunning swimming pool. This open-sided gazebo is large enough for eight people to laze around in comfort.

Audio visual room
A fully air-conditioned, multi-purpose room/ home theatre with tranquil garden views is furnished with comfortable sofas, and equipped with a 46” LCD satellite-channel TV,  DVD player. This cosy space is ideal for watching movies, and may also be used as a study for reading, or as a double massage room for in-house spa treatments. The sofa converts to a double bed to provide extra sleeping accommodation, if required.

Location

Casa Brio is located in the heart of the fashionable Seminyak area, a safe, up-market neighbourhood that has become the symbol of international sophistication. The vibrant nightlife and luxurious accommodation here, including the W Retreat, The Oberoi and The Legian, draws a fashionable crowd of ‘beautiful people’. The villa is just a short seven-minute stroll from the idyllic Seminyak Beach, which is well-known for its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline and mountain views, and legendary sunsets. A favourite pre-dinner activity is a seaside walk along the beach followed by sundowners at KuDeTa.  A wide choice of world-renowned, fine dining restaurants, including the Nutmegs at Hu’u, Living Room, La Lucciola, Sarong, Breeze at The Samaya, Potato Head Beach Club, KuDeTa and EVO at Sentosa, are within walking distance, and the area also boasts an array of designer boutiques and stylish homeware stores. Bali’s most sacred Hindu temples, Pura Petitenget, the fourth largest temple in Bali, where some of the most spectacular Balinese ceremonies may often be witnessed, is just nearby.
