Villa Bayu is a charming property located on the Bukit, an area south of the airport popular for its breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and Bali’s famous sunsets. This villa is an ideal getaway destination, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Seminyak but only 3 minutes by car to Padang Padang beach (a legendary surfing spot), 10 minutes to the Uluwatu Temple, 20 minutes to Jimbaran Bay and its world class hotels and restaurants and 25 minutes to Nusa Dua, Kuta and Bali’s International Airport.

Villa Bayu consists of three buildings, positioned in a lush tropical garden, all featuring high ceilings and large ceiling fans under traditional thatched roofs. The main building accommodates the spacious living and dining area and the modern open-plan granite-topped kitchen. This area is furnished with a dining table for up to 8 guests and wooden Balinese furniture, including sofas with cushions. There is a flat screen television with satellite channels to enjoy, with over 50 international programs and a DVD player with a surround sound system. The living and dining areas overlook the swimming pool, gazebo and the spectacular Indian Ocean. The surrounding garden is lit up at night, providing a perfect venue for a BBQ under the stars.

The four air-conditioned bedrooms occupy two 2-storey wings on either side of the main building, making the villa an ideal location for two families to holiday together. The two upstairs bedrooms have king-size beds and verandas, and each of both downstairs bedrooms has 2-single beds, a terrace and its own small private garden. All bedrooms feature large folding doors opening up to the terraces that boast uninterrupted views to the ocean and give guests a private space to relax. Each bedroom has its own open-air bathroom with standing shower.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cook top, oven, juicer, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery and microwave oven. The trained staff includes a private chef, housekeepers, gardener and security guards. The staff will take care of all your arrangements from planning meals and arranging day trips, organizing in-house spa treatments.
