The beautiful Villa Avalon is situated in the rice fields just steps from the Indian Ocean at Berawa Beach southwest coast, a perfect location which is close to every amenity guests might need, yet it presents a fascinating insight into the life of rural Bali.

In 10 minutes, guests can be in the center of Seminyak which famously presents an exciting nightlife, trendy boutiques, luxurious spas, and internationally acclaimed restaurants and clubs.

This five-bedroom property is comprised of two self-contained villas, each with a private entrance and a private pool, presenting guests with a two, three or five bedroom renting option.

Villa Accommodation

Each of the suites has been exclusively designed and decorated to enhance its individual character within the Villa. 

The main Villa covers 2,000 square metres and comprises of two 2-storey suites, linked by covered walkways and terraces positioned either side of the pool. 

The master suite is undoubtedly one of the very best you will find among Bali luxury villas on the island. Furnished to the highest levels of luxury throughout with state of the art comforts, including a large flat screen television and blu-ray player and dazzling artwork. 

The generous sized master suite bathroom and dressing area will take your breath away and adorned with plush assessories and complimentary toiletries, as in all the suites.

Two other Villa Suites situated in the main Villa, follow the same lavish layout as the Master Suite with luxurious furnishings, flat screen telelvisions and blu-ray DVD players. 

The uniquely designed self contained 2 bedroom Guest House has its own private terraced surroundings, private entrance, pool, stunning lounging and dining pavillion, ensuite and kitchen. 

Exquisitely colonialy furnished, the Guest House has a stunning open-air bathroom romantically lit by unique wall lamps. An oversize bathtub is sheltered under the roof eaves with an outdoor rain-shower ideal for moonlit bathing.

Indoor Lounging

As you walk into the main Villa lounge, you will marvel at it’s size and the spectacular view across the lush grounds and rice paddies beyond. 

Soft cushioned couches are scattered around for leisurely comfort and a large bar hugs one of the corners. 

The lounging area, cooled by ceiling fans and natural ventilation, has a magnificent iron chandelier centerpiece designed by Tony and Faye.

Venturing down stairs into the main dining room, the tinkling of soft waterfalls falling into the fish ponds which are plentiful around one side of the area. 

Walking over a small covered bridge is the Villa’s state-of-the-art kichen with every modern applicance imaginable. 

Also off the main area is a library and TV entertainment room with a large flat screen and DVD player. These are in all bedrooms as well .This room has comfortable lounges and can be shut off for privacy.

Outdoor Living

Avalon offers delightful areas for relaxing, some private and comfortable for reading a book, taking that afternoon siesta or entertaining friends and family.

Lounging chairs are spread around the main pool area where pool activities can be enjoyed by all, surrounded by the Villa’s lush tropical gardens.

At the end of the main pool is a large carved Jogolo with relaxation couches and cooled by a large ceiling fan. Wonderful to sit and watch the day turn into evening, cocktail or champagne in hand while enjoying the magnificent sight of the Villa gardens and pool turning into a twinkling fairyland as the sun sets in the west over luxury Villa Avalon and beautiful Canggu.

Location
Villa Avalon is hidden away in the traditional Balinese village of Berawa, near Canggu on Bali’s south-western coast. This delightful villa is located within the beautiful agricultural belt between Kuta and Tanah Lot, an area that is home to some of the most luxurious private residences on the island .

The trendy Seminyak area, with its wide choice of international restaurants - including the famous Ku Dé Ta, Hu’u, La Lucciola, Sarong, Metis and Sardine - together with a plethora of chic cocktail bars, exciting nightclubs, lavish spas and elegant boutiques, is a mere 10 minutes’ drive away.

Villa Avalon is 35 minutes’ from the international airport, and convenient for all of the island’s main shopping malls and tourist attractions, including Tanah Lot, Bali’s most dramatic and venerated sea temple.
