Please read the terms and conditions of rental contract before signing the booking form contract of holiday rental.

Baliheaven acts as an “Agent Villa”. The person reserving the villa for the Period acts as ‘Client’.

Bali Heaven arranges bookings of holiday villa as Agents for Client. Bali Heaven do not own or manage the villa in any way and use of villa is subject to the terms of the Owners of each villa. Upon the Agents issuing a holiday confirmation advice for villa to the Client as Agents for the Owners, a legally binding contract shall exist between the Client and villa subject to the following booking conditions.

Rates
Rates are in US Dollars and quoted as a daily rate. Rates quoted subject to change without prior notice.

Season Dates
Villa rental rates are quoted according to "Low", "High" and "Peak" season rates, which are previous in each villas.

Number of guest
Every villa have have a maximum number of guests, as detailed in villa descriptions, which we ask to be respected. If you wish to have additional guests we need to be informed prior to receipt of deposit payment to acquire the villa manager permission. This is also to assure you of a level of service and adequate bedding and linens for your stay.

Minimum stay
Each villa have minimum stay in every seasonal dates.
The usual minimum stay requirement for Bali villas varies from a 2 to 3 consecutive night stay for the low season, 3 to 5 consecutive night stay for the high season and 7 to 10 consecutive night stay for the peak season.

Check-in and check-out time
Villa check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 11.00am. We try our best to accommodate guests who need to extend check-out time slightly provided there are no guests arriving the same afternoon. Late check-out  will be charge half a nights rental for guests wishing to stay at the villa past 2 pm.

Booking terms

• To secure the booking, we require your written email confirmation to reserve the villa. We will then send you a invoice of the total rental outlay.
• We can hold inquires for only 3 (three) working days from the date you have inquired, as after 3 (three) days we require to have confirmation of the bookings. If we do not receive any confirmation, we will release your booking request automatically.
• Once we receive your deposit we will then send you a confirmation & receipt by email.
• Payments can be made either by Cash in USD and Rupiah Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in USD or Rupiah.

 Payment terms

• 50% deposit due to confirm your reservation. Once the deposit is received it is non-refundable. Deposit must be recieve by us 5 (five) working days after we send you invoice to secure your reservation.
• The balance of payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Once the balance payment is received it is also non-refundable.

Payment Method

• Payment by bank transfer - All payments should be received in net full, including all the bank charges plus the fees of the corresponding banc(s). All these costs should be hold by the sender.
• Payment by Paypal – Payment uses Visa and Mastercard, there will be an additional 3.5% charge. Just clicking on the link on the payment order, you will be able to pay using your credit card in Paypal.
